Aikido Techniques Author: Dan Kudo Sensei

Dan Kudo holds the rank on Yondan (fourth degree black belt) in the Martial Art of  Aikido. He trains and teaches at Orange County Aikido School (Aiki Kai) in Orange County, California.

He began his martial arts training in Judo as a teenager and became interested in Aikido techniques while in college through Robert Koga Sensei who taught Police Weaponless Defense techniques. Dan’s training in Aikido began in the early 1970s with Sensei Rod Kobayashi, founder of the Seidokan Aikido School in Los Angeles, and continued from the late 1970s to the present at Orange County Aikido School in Santa Ana, California.

Dan Kudo Sensei is a healthcare professional and holds the rank of Yondan (fourth degree black belt in the martial art of Aikido. He currently trains and instructs Aikido Techniques at Orange County Aiki Kai in Santa Ana, California. His passions include sports - particularly the martial art of Aikido in which he has trained and taught for almost forty years. An outdoor enthusiast, Dan loves to spend time skiing, camping, flyfishing, and surfing. He listens to and plays music, and enjoys photography and videography.
